Raw Material

Raw Cotton: Our high quality cotton products are distinguished from others. We source raw cotton mainly from the San Joaquin Valley (SJV), U.S.A. and Australia to ensure the lowest contamination in our yarn. The combination of high quality raw material and a skillful production system enable us to deliver high quality yarn to our customers.

Polyester: Not many yarn spinning factories have their own polyester plants. The staple polyester we use is purely from our own factory; therefore, we are able to control our spun yarn quality at its source. Customers rarely have to worry about different lots because our raw materials all come from the same factory. This vertical integration enables us to deliver the most superior product.

EG & PTA: Our raw materials for polyester products are purchased long term contact from our supplier, not spot basis. Rarely do we have to change our raw materials lot. Therefore, we can maintain the same specification for a long period of time.

Electricity: Because we own a power plant, we can ensure that our production process runs smoothly in the event of electricity outage. This has helped us immensely in reducing waste and in equipment maintenance.

Quality Control

Quality is measured throughout our production processes. All input and output are controlled and tested by the most advanced testing equipment. Quality control staff receive first-hand extensive training from our equipment suppliers. We can assure that our high quality goods and services will always suit our customers' needs with great satisfaction.
